New tab: Recurring actions in the employee record
The employee view now has a Recurring actions tab. It is where you can define, for a given person, everything that repeats at fixed intervals: occupational safety training, job-specific training, certificate renewal, periodic medical examination, or any other activity required by law or by the company’s own procedures.
For each action you set:
- Type - training, certificate, medical examination, or your own category.
- Interval in days - how often the action should be repeated (e.g. 365 for annual training).
- Warning period - how many days before the deadline the system starts sending reminders.
- Description - additional information, for example the course name or a licence number.
Deadlines visible at a glance
Each action shows the date it was last completed and the date of the next one. The status column indicates whether the action is still valid, whether its renewal deadline is approaching, or whether it has already passed. The completion history (with dates and notes) is available directly under the record, so there is no need to dig through paperwork or separate spreadsheets.
An action can be marked as completed at any time - the system calculates the next deadline on its own based on the interval.
Dashboard: who needs a renewal
Four new widgets have appeared on the dashboard:
- Employees requiring training
- Employees requiring certificate renewal
- Employees requiring a medical examination
- Employees requiring another action
Each of them shows a list of people whose deadline is approaching or has already passed - with a direct link to their record. The last, combined widget brings all categories together into a single list, if you prefer to review everything at once.
Agenda: markers for recurring events and follow-ups
In the agenda (the CRM task calendar), events that are part of a repeating series now get a clear recurring marker. Follow-up tasks have their own marker, so it is immediately visible which meeting needs to be continued and which is a one-off.
What has changed
The Recurring actions tab only appears in the records of people marked as employees or subcontractor foremen - that is, where qualifications and deadlines actually need to be tracked. It is not present in client and contractor records, so as not to clutter the view.
This way, a single glance at the dashboard is enough to know whose training or medical examination is about to expire - without going through folders, emails, and notebooks.
