The module in this section of the software for construction companies supports every stage of project execution – from preparing cost estimates, through work planning, to reporting and settlements. Contractors.es simplifies the management of contracts, bids, scope changes, and additional costs, ensuring full transparency for both the contractor and the investor. Thanks to integration with other features, such as site inspections and issue tracking, it is possible to monitor progress in real time and respond more quickly to unforeseen situations.
Bidding
This is the first stage of cooperation with the client. Its purpose is to present a general proposal for carrying out the work – this can be either a preliminary declaration of readiness to collaborate or a detailed offer including the scope, terms, and estimated project costs.
Importing Estimates
This feature allows importing cost estimates prepared in Norma PRO in ATH format. Thanks to this functionality, the data in the estimate is automatically populated, saving time and eliminating the risk of errors caused by manual entry.
Estimating
Contractors.es enables the quick creation of simplified estimates based on a predefined work scope price list. Each calculation can be easily adjusted by adding additional items or modifying existing ones. This allows preparing an offer in just a short time.
Project Management
All stages of an investment can be monitored within a single system. The schedule, budget, and work progress are always at hand, allowing for quick responses to changes. This ensures projects are executed more efficiently, transparently, and with full control over resources.
Work Scope Change Log
This feature is used to document any changes to the agreed scope of work, along with the costs generated by these changes. It allows real-time tracking of project modifications, supporting transparency and facilitating control over the progress of the investment.
Planning and Recording Site Inspections
This feature records both ongoing and scheduled visits to the work site. Such visits are conducted by personnel supervising the project execution.
Requests for Information
This feature collects records of requests for information, commonly used in construction to clarify any uncertainties or fill gaps in information found in specifications, plans, contracts, or other documents.
Material Verification Log
This tool supports architects and engineers in checking whether the specified materials meet the project requirements. The module collects data on product verifications, allowing for monitoring their compliance with investment requirements at every stage of the project.
Invoices
Simple issuance of standard, advance, and final invoices for projects estimated and settled using the time and materials method.

Attendance Tracking
Employees log in upon arrival at the work site and log out at the end of their shift, while the built-in GPS module records their location. If they move away from the assigned work area, the system automatically notes this event. All data is visible in real time in the web system, allowing the generation of accurate attendance reports and calculation of hours worked.
Inventory Updates
Thanks to the feature of uploading documents with photos of deliveries from the construction site, inventory levels are updated in real time. This feature enables efficient project management when additional information is needed. Requests for information are used to submit questions and clarify doubts, while change orders allow updates to the scope of work or project modifications. This streamlines the process and ensures that the status of requests is updated in real time.
Daily Report
This feature allows effective tracking of project progress in terms of both time and finances. It makes it easy to monitor on-site work and check whether the project is proceeding according to schedule. The daily report is available at the end of the workday and allows adding detailed information about progress as well as any health and safety notes.
