Requesting materials now takes only a moment. All it takes is to enter what’s needed in the app – for example a bag of cement, mounting adhesive, 100×20 boards – and the system automatically sends the information to the person responsible for site procurement. The worker doesn’t need to know the exact product names – a simple description is enough.
Intelligent material matching
With the use of artificial intelligence, the system automatically identifies which materials may correspond to the site request. It analyzes the text of the demand, previous orders from the same project, and cost estimate data to suggest the most accurate and relevant materials to the warehouse staff.
From request to stock transfer
Once the request is approved by the warehouse, the appropriate materials are assigned to the project, and the stock transfer is executed automatically. This ensures that every material operation is linked to a specific site, providing full control over material flow and project costs.
Status notifications
Each request’s status is updated in the mobile app, and the employee receives a phone notification whenever it changes. This way, workers always know what stage their order is at, improving communication between the construction site and the warehouse.
