Many of our clients do not have their own accountant and this service is performed by an external company. In such a case, the only obligation is to issue invoices and provide the accounting company with information about the hours worked by employees and their vacations. In order to facilitate the functioning of such companies, we have introduced the possibility of issuing invoices directly from the Contractors – Enterprise System. Traditional invoices and advance + final invoices are available. Projects with valuation and so-called “time and material” are supported. The system suggests amounts depending on the type of project – for valued projects, it will be the remaining amount including change orders, and for “time and material” it will be the amount according to materials used and man-hours.
