Import estimates from Norma PRO
If you estimate in Norma PRO (popular Polish estimating software), you can now import a finished estimate directly into a project in Contractors.es. All line items, quantities, and materials appear in the system without re-typing — with Polish number formats and the ATH layout preserved.
This means the end of double work: you prepare the estimate in the tool you know, and the system receives it ready for further use — generating offers, schedules, and orders.
Import estimates from Edge Estimating
The same flow works for Edge Estimating (software used in the US and Canada). An estimate CSV file lands in Contractors.es in seconds, and the imported materials can immediately create inventory requests — no manual entry of each line.
From estimate to inventory request — one click
The new price quote creation from inventory request feature works in the other direction: a field worker submits an inventory request from the mobile app, and the system can automatically generate a price quote for the supplier from it. All of this happens inside the workflow you already use — no jumping between apps.
The whole picture is completed by the inventory request intake dialog in projects and change orders — workers see what’s already ordered, what’s on the way, and what’s missing.
What this changes in practice
- The estimator uploads a finished file instead of re-typing.
- The site manager submits a request from the phone, and the office sees it in real time.
- The business owner has a single source of truth about what was ordered and what it cost.
